One ActivityKidz Club, the flagship of Fresh Start Community Association, takes place every Friday afternoon during term time for families and children.
Kidz Club is a place for children to come and have fun, but it is much more than this. Parents and younger siblings are also part of the club giving the whole family an opportunity to build connections and establish friendships. The various activities provided (craft, board games, table football, pool, table tennis, jigsaws, play kitchen etc.) build individuality within a safe environment for self-expression. Team games provide the experience of working as a community and the importance of each of us fulfilling our part, knowing we are valuable and irreplaceable. Each session includes a meal, where every member of each individual family sits and eats together. We support the parent to be the authority in their family, taking responsibility and establishing boundaries. We esteem the parent and demonstrate to the children the importance of respect and appreciation of their parents. Kidz Club Queen's Platinum

"I would like to say a massive thank you for the support you have given me and my daughter over the last few months. You don't understand how much pressure it has taken off me wondering how I am going to get through this hard time. But thanks to you it is helping in a big way. So keep up the good work and once again thank you."
"We would like to say a Big thank you for all your hard work through the year, especially with the COIVD epidemic and the cost of living and energy rise. We appreciate the food and the Christmas Hamper and presents. Without your help we as a family don't know how we could cope. Once again thank you."
